Wznee is a comprehensive health and nutrition tracking platform built to help users manage every part of their fitness journey in one place. The project involved delivering four interconnected systems for the client: a hybrid iOS and Android customer mobile application, a marketing landing page, a web-based admin dashboard, and a standalone influencer portal. The platform was designed around daily habit tracking, covering nutrition, workouts, hydration, supplements, steps, and body measurements, while supporting subscription-based monetisation and an influencer and referral program. The entire ecosystem was developed by TeamX with full Arabic and English support across every system.

One of the biggest challenges was building a subscription and discount system that remains compliant with Apple's and Google's in-app purchase policies while still supporting flexible, backend-managed promo codes. Since neither store can see the discount code itself, the backend had to validate codes and select the correct pre-configured discounted SKU before handing the purchase off to RevenueCat. Designing the in-app wallet to comply with Apple's earned loyalty credit policy added another layer of care, since credits had to be clearly earned through referrals rather than purchased. Building the calculation engine to handle BMR, TDEE, and macro targets accurately across different goal types and to recalculate automatically whenever a user updates their profile required careful logic design. The recipes module also presented scale challenges, since the system needed to support an initial import of roughly ten thousand recipes with full nutritional data, filtering, and goal-based tagging. On the influencer side, keeping commission tracking accurate while excluding cancelled and refunded subscriptions, and keeping each influencer's data fully isolated from every other influencer's, required strict access control built into the portal from the start.
The project began with brand identity development and UI/UX design, establishing a clean, card-based visual language carried consistently across the mobile app, admin dashboard, and influencer portal.
Each module was scoped and designed in stages, with UI/UX delivery targeted within four working days of approval per module to keep development moving in parallel.
The customer-facing mobile app was built using Flutter, delivering a single hybrid codebase across iOS and Android.
