Project Management

The project began with brand identity development, including logo and visual direction. Once the design style was defined, the website interface was created with a clean, product-centered layout. Development covered the storefront, cart and checkout flow, admin panel, payment integration, and analytics setup. Testing ensured responsive behavior, secure transactions, and optimized performance across devices before launch.

Technologies Used

The website was built using modern responsive web technologies to ensure speed and stability. Stripe was integrated to support major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Google Analytics and Search Console were connected for performance tracking. SEO essentials, sitemap setup, and image optimization were implemented to improve visibility and loading speed.

Challenges

A key challenge was showcasing detailed mosaic craftsmanship without compromising website speed.
