Additionally, the platform aimed to enable trainers to create and manage their own branded online academies. Another critical goal was to ensure accessibility by integrating Arabic language support and providing secure, convenient login options. TeamX also aimed to educate trainers on best practices for course creation through helpful guides on topics such as engaging course design, video recording, and audience building.

Research

Extensive research underpinned the project’s success. Competitor analysis revealed insights from leading platforms like Udemy and Coursera, which influenced the design and functionality of the LMS. Market research highlighted the growing demand for online learning in the MENA region, justifying the addition of Arabic language support. User behavior analysis also played a crucial role. Trainers and learners shared their challenges, such as complicated registration processes and unintuitive course creation tools. These insights guided TeamX in designing a more user-friendly and accessible platform.

Technologies Used

The LMS was built on WordPress to leverage its flexibility and ease of use.
