Overview of a web design project

Project Overview

BURMMEZE is a fashion brand focused on a clean, luxury look inspired by brands like Chanel and Dior. TeamX developed a complete e-commerce ecosystem for the brand, including a bilingual website (English and Arabic) and mobile apps for iOS and Android. The goal was simple: create a shopping experience that feels premium, easy to use, and reliable, while giving the brand full control over products, orders, customers, and promotions from the backend.

Key Objectives

The goal was to establish a premium digital presence, enable seamless LTR/RTL shopping, integrate secure multi-gateway payments, and provide a powerful admin system for managing products, orders, users, and promotions. Cross-platform mobile apps were included to ensure full accessibility and engagement.

Project Management

The project was delivered in clear stages. First, the brand direction and UI style were defined in accordance with the provided brand guide. Then the website and admin system were developed, followed by payment and shipping integrations. Once the web platform was finalized, mobile apps were built with the same structure and features. Each stage included testing to ensure responsive behavior, correct handling of Arabic layout , secure payments, and smooth performance across devices.

Technologies Used

Modern frontend and backend technologies were used alongside cross-platform mobile development. Integrations included Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash on Delivery, GA4 analytics, CDN, and performance optimization tools.

Challenges

One of the main challenges was maintaining a luxury, minimal design while supporting complex e-commerce features in the background.Ensuring proper RTL behavior across all layouts required careful styling and testing. Managing product variations, secure multi-gateway payments, and syncing order data between web and mobile also required detailed backend logic.

Solutions

TeamX designed a clean, minimal UI system aligned with BURMMEZE’s brand guide, applying consistent typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy across all platforms. Full RTL support was implemented with a seamless language switcher.A rich product management system was developed to handle variants, inventory, and media. Secure, multi-gateway checkout flows were integrated, while a feature-rich admin dashboard enabled real-time order management, coupon creation, analytics tracking, and user control. Mobile apps were enhanced with push notifications, deep linking, and order tracking for a complete omnichannel experience.

Results

BURMMEZE launched with a fully functional e-commerce platform across web and mobile. Customers can browse, filter, purchase, and track orders smoothly in both languages.The brand now manages its catalog, promotions, and customer data independently through the admin panel. With analytics and payment systems in place, BURMMEZE has a strong digital foundation to support growth and future campaigns.

The BURMMEZE project reflects TeamX’s ability to combine brand-focused design with solid technical execution. The result is a practical, scalable commerce system that supports both the customer experience and internal operations — without compromising on the brand’s luxury identity.
