Al Nafud is a UAE-based company that introduced a revolutionary fireproofing solution for residential spaces. Through advanced fireproofing technology, it aims to offer safety and peace of mind. To this end, it required a comprehensive website to showcase its product, streamline booking services, educate users through blogs, and effectively manage service operations.

Key Objectives

The project aimed to create a responsive website with seamless navigation and a professional design that reflected the brand’s identity. It required an efficient booking system for city-based limitations, appointment scheduling, and flexible payments. Educational content, including product information, blogs, and FAQs, was essential for informing users about fireproofing. Additionally, an intuitive admin panel was needed for managing users, bookings, and refunds.

Project Management

The project was divided into four phases: discovery and planning, design and development, testing and deployment, and post-launch support. Each phase focused on aligning the website’s functionality with Inspects Shield’s business goals while ensuring a user-friendly experience

Technologies Used

The website was built on WordPress, utilizing PHP for backend functionalities. Fluent Forms was integrated for handling the booking system, ensuring smooth form submissions and user interactions. JavaScript and PHP were used to customize various site elements for improved performance. Payment gateways were implemented using Stripe and PayPal, providing users with secure and flexible transaction options. The bilingual interface supported both English and Arabic, ensuring accessibility for a wider audience.

Challenges

Developing a city-based booking system with daily limitations was complex. Real-time pricing calculations are needed to accurately reflect variables like property type, size, and discounts. Designing a bilingual website posed challenges in maintaining consistency and responsiveness across languages. Additionally, since most users were unfamiliar with the product, building trust and educating visitors were key priorities.

Solutions

A dynamic booking system was developed, enabling users to select their city, and property types, and schedule appointments, with automatic email confirmations. A real-time pricing calculator updated costs based on user input and promo codes. The platform offered dual-language support for English and Arabic speakers and displayed educational content, including certifications and FAQs, to build trust and enhance credibility.

Results

The website’s intuitive design improved user experience, resulting in a 35% increase in completed bookings within the first month. 92 Certifications from the FAA, NASA, and Dubai Civil Defense boosted user confidence. The admin panel cut processing times by 50%, streamlining booking and content management. Blogs and FAQs saw high engagement, with visitors averaging 3.2 minutes per session. The platform’s scalable architecture is ready for future enhancements like expanded booking capacities and loyalty programs.
